Just greatly enjoy hearing ‘guy stuff’. Haven’t had a great guy friend in a long time and I miss it.

Thanks Clark, I so appreciate that. Finding guy friends can be tough as we get older. I just hope the guys I referenced in here are still friends with me after reading."

I really enjoyed this. Reminds me of my son in law who has great group of friends. Also, I play tennis!

I know the focus is about male friendships, but it’s not that different for women. It takes work and no matter how close we become, we are all filled with inner doubts. But we definitely would have shared a car because the most fun happens when driving and listening to music.

Thanks Lisa. Agreed--the inner doubts seem to be universal.

Many thanks for today’s essay. Having adult make friends isn’t easy and takes serious work and effort. I am fortunate in that I have several wonderful guy friends. The cool part is that over the past 25+ years, I introduced them to one another, and now everyone feels a wonderful connection and they each have support and kinship with each other.

Love that, Greg. Thanks for sharing.

An excellent read Mark! Had a couple of solid laughs, but a smile the entire time. So, is it your footwork, strokes or decision making that is most impacting your tennis? 💪🏽🔥🎾👊🏼

I find it very interesting (and amusing) to read about the way male friendships work or don't:)

Hah, that tracks. The whole essay might be an argument that we’re not nearly as wise as we like to think. We certainly don't always say what we mean.
